Sense battery is draining quickly

In the last few weeks with no change in usage or apps, all of a sudden the battery only lasts a day or two instead of a week. Was there a firmware update? This does not fit my needs if it must be charged daily and I've had this for over a year with no issues prior. This was not a gradual decline in duration between charges, it was quite drastic, but I don't recall the date it worsened.

Hi @Jen2662 - a sudden decline unfortunately is often associated with a watch fault, most notably water accumulation inside.

It is generally irreversible unless it is a software problem.

You can try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. And also try a clock face change.

If it gets hot while charging stop immediately.

I don't wear in the shower or pool, it's not been wet and no changes to usage or damage to the watch. I wonder what else it could be, as it was poor battery life all of a sudden with no incident.

@Jen2662 - try turning off Bluetooth on the phone and only turn on when you need to sync.

A new version of the Fitbit App could cause an issue potentially after it got updated automatically.
