Since updated my sense to factory settings and updating and reinstating to the app. My battery life has diminished from 4 days to one.

Hi @Lashes77 - what was the reason to factory reset the watch? Do you also have the new V4 Fitbit App? If so the App may be the cause of the issues you were having or it may be a watch fault.
What you can try is logging out if the Fitbit App when you are not syncing, and see if your battery last longer.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team and they've already assisted you. If you have any questions regarding the outcome of your case, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team again. It seems like you have exhausted all troubleshooting steps we could've provided here so there's nothing left we in the community can suggest other than reaching out to our team again. Also, since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
However, I'd like to add something... are you using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. I have not heard from support on this specific issue - my email was a complaint regarding several issues.
So I have not been provided with any steps to resolve this.
No I do not have snore detection on

I reset it as per support instructions to try and resolve notification issues (ie not getting them on the fitbit anymore). They haven't been fixed either.......
