Sense battery is draining rapidly

Hi,

It seem the battery on my sense has been draining in 1-2 days compared to the four to five days that I was originally getting when I purchased a watch. I have only had the watch for about 3 or 4 months so I highly doubt the battery is bad. I think it's due to a recent update because I haven't been using the watch all that much so I don't think I could have damaged it in any way. Hopefully there is a resolution coming for this issue, I have been disappointed with the product thus far.

Do you use "Snore detect" feature @mnataloni @awinders ? If yes, turn it off, and your battery life will be back to normal.

I’m having the same problem! I’ve tried everything I can but the battery still drains rapidly. Im pretty sure it’s not my Fitbit Sense—I sure hope Fitbit can figure it out

Reset it, then after setup turnoff Bluetooth. Synch when needed.

Pretty sure this did the trick, I didn't even think of that. Thanks for sharing!

Hi everyone, it's good to see you here. @LokeAa and @lablover55 Thanks for the help.

@mnataloni Thanks for the details provided, as well as trying the suggestions shared above. I'm glad they were of help and I hope you can keep crashing your goals with your Sense.

@awinders I'm sorry you're having the same experience, and thanks for the steps tried so far. Just to make sure, did you also follow the tips described in this help article to maximize the battery life? If not, I'd suggest doing that as well as trying the suggestion shared by @LokeAa. Then monitor your Sense's behavior in the next days and let me know how it goes.

Hope this helps.
