Sense battery issues

I got an incredibly odd error message that my device was below operating temperature so it wouldn't charge. It isn't cold but it won't charge. I've used different chargers, outlets, restarted, recleaned etc.

 

So essentially it is completely broken.  I bought it 11/21 so I am 5 months out of warranty so I wouldn't expect a free replacement.  But a 35% off discount is ridiculously low. What that says to me is that every 18 months I can expect the watch to die and I will have to pay for a new one.

 

When I spoke to customer service about this, Lamara would not let me speak to her manager and hung up on me. I've had a Fitbit since 2015 and even pay for Fitbit premium and that's how I'm treated as a customer???

Hi @searstd0 - if you have any residual charge left, try a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and logo appears.

 

Also try this with it trying to charge.

 

Allowing it to fully discharge and then leave for day and try charging again, but make sure the charge cable is ok and the terminals are clean see instructions How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I have done suggestions still keep getting warm up message after 3 days of charging.

Also, purchased new charger cord

i was able to get to 27% but it will not go any further. The warm up message reappeared

I got the same weird message while charging. Seemed to rectify but since then battery fully depletes in 4-5 hours won't even last overnight. Had been lasting for approx 4 days until then.

Hi @Yjtravels97  @Tomorrowman -  normally when battery problems suddenly start happening it is due to a watch fault, the most probable is moisture accumulating inside.

If the watch is still under warranty it can be replaced where you bought it.
