Both my wife and I have fit bit sense watches and separate chargers. We are both having massive issues charging our watches if they go to 0 charge. My wife’s watch was dead for over a week on  the charger for over a week then suddenly charged. Mine run out of charge on a bike ride and whilst showing 0 charge on the display it is not charging. Becoming very frustrated as trying to map my exercise . Also becoming very disappointed with the watch and wishing I had kept my ionic. Please help and advice.

Hi @Stephennewby99 - this is a known issue when charging, see how to resolve it in these tips - How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
