Sense stuck on a red X

My watch has been vibrating on and off all day. Now I have a big red x on the screen. I did not do a factory reset. Yes, I’ve held the button for 10 seconds. No change. I’ve cleaned the back off with an alcohol wipe. No change. The watch can’t keep a charge on the battery. What is wrong with the watch?

Hi @jacquenetta Oh dear! It sounds as if your Sense is dying. All you can do at this point is contact Fitbit Support
