Sense won't charge

Tried to charge from zero battery. Connection between charger and Sense is solid, but the Sense  does not charge. I have tried cleaning the back of the Sense and the charger. No success.

Any advice

Hi @lidzau - if the watch has been properly cleaned see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
