My Fitbit sense was having battery issues (fully charged at night, shut down, then 0% in the morning) so I contacted support and did what they said. It is better for the most part but last night it went down 14% (from 20% when I shut it down to 6% when I woke up) during the night even though it was shut down!!! Is this normal?

It’s not normal. How do you turn it off?
I’d check to make sure you have the most recent
Fitbit app version.
Did change your clock face recently?
Leave it on if all else fails.

I shut it down by going to: Settings => shut down => yes
I update my apps regularly and have one of the three clock faces that they recommended when I initially asked them about this.
Thanks for your reply, wouldn’t leaving it on use up more battery during the night? Hmmm…

Try leaving it on. I read where those who had issues like yours tried leaving it on and the battery did not drain as fast, oddly enough.
