I thought I was finally out of charging my battery every 2 days then it seems this last update brought the problem back! How annoying is this?! Can you please issue a fix? Th hassle is not worth the money paid for this thing anymore.

@eezeepee Thanks for your help. For snore and noise detection, I followed the steps but there wasn't "Detect Snoring" option there:
And about SpO2, it wasn't installed at all.

@eezeepee There aren't further options to scroll! That's all I have on that page.

@Shapour, what version of the Fitbit app are you on (under Help & Support)? The option is showing for me running 3.54.1.
You can also try doing a factory reset on the Sense. I had the same battery draining issue and a factory reset cured it for me.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for the detailed information, and for every step tried on your own. As any electronic device, there are certain features that impact the battery life. It doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, but just to take them into consideration and turn them off in case you won't use them. I'd recommend following the tips described in this help article to maximize the battery life of your Sense. If you have a Premium subscription, please check the Snore Detect settings as mentioned by @eezeepee.
If by any chance the issue persists after trying those tips, my best advice is to get in touch with our Support team so they can further investigate this situation. They're available via chat and phone, just click here to get connected with them and make sure to let them know what steps you've tried.

@primortal It's 3.54.1(20263677). Can you please explain how can I make a factory reset on my Sense?

@Shapour On your Sense, go to the settings app, scroll down to About Sense, scroll down to factory reset.

@eezeepee Tried. after the reset factory, during installing OS, I connected my Sense to the charger as required. it charged to 100%. after that without connecting it to my phone, Sense's charge decreased to 80% just in 3 or 4 hours I guess. It's a real problem.

@Shapour Yeah that's sounds like a faulty battery. I get 20% for a whole 24 hours.

Hi there, @Shapour and @eezeepee.
Before anything else, let me clarify that we don't recommend performing a factory reset unless advised by a representative from our Support team. This is to make sure the correct steps are followed, as well as monitor your watch's behavior afterward.
@Shapour Thanks for your efforts and details provided. I'm sorry you continue having this experience with your Sense. I went ahead to check your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. Please keep an open communication with them, I'm sure they'll continue working on this and provide you with further assistance.
