Won't turn on

I've tried all troubleshooting and I still can't get my sence to turn on. It's fully charged

Hi  @Mel_84067  - how do you know it's fully charged if it won't turn on?

If you are looking in the Fitbit App, also check when it last synced because it may be showing you the state at some old time.

Also clean the charging contact and check your charger, see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

@Mel_84067  - It is possible that although you put your watch on charge that it didn't actually charge or hasn't been charged for some days. Quite a common problem.

 

You can check this in the Fitbit App by clicking on the profile photo and Sense image and see when it last synced and what the battery level was then.

 

If you went into the watch Settings and did Shutdown there may not be enough energy to restart it.

If pushing the button is not working to restart it and putting it on charge is not starting it [it should]  it may simply be not charging and hasn't been for days.
