My sense needs charging every 2 to 3 days. I don't have my phone connected I only use timer once or twice a day. Silent alarm and when i go.to.the gym. I thought it shoukd be 5 to 6 days?

Best AnswerI have mine connected to bluetooth so it will sync with my phone in the background. If you disconnect from your phone it's possible the Sense is using the battery looking for your phone. I don't use alarms or timers and I get about 4 days before I am remined to charge it at 25%.

HI @Brookiejshm - 2-3 days is quite good if you use Snore detection and have the SpO2 tracker app installed, and are using GPS.
Have a look at how to improve that. How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
I don't use GPS or either of the above but use the timer often, lots of notifications and get over 5 days regularly.
