Sense screen froze on Fitbit logo

I got a Fitbit sense about a year ago and I went to charge it one day and it froze on the Fitbit logo the side button vibrates but it won’t unfreeze. It starts charging flashes up the charging screen then like reboots and freezes. Please advise.
