Why is Fitbit Customer Service so poor, infact the worst I have experienced from any company. I have written reviews on many companies and their products/services and I can honestly say Fitbit comes right at the bottom. For a week now I have been in touch with customer support informing them that there is obviously a problem with my Sense Battery. It has suddenly started draining to 0% within a day and today I can’t even charge the battery. It’s completely dead. When I inform Fitbit all I get is a series of stupid suggestions as to shy I can do to force quit an app and then sync my sense at 50 % 10% etc to see if theirs helps. How stupid. This has never happened before so obviously there is a fault with the battery.
I have reported this several times and still there is no action from this useless company.

Because your post didn't mention, let me recommend the tips described in this help article and let me know if your watch responds after leaving it charging.
In regards your other question, may I know the model of your phone? I'm asking this as our team is aware of the battery short life issue caused by the Fitbit app for iOS devices and it's recommended to force quit the Fitbit app to prevent the battery from draining when syncing. If your watch is able to charge but the battery drains after syncing with an iPhone, please be sure to keep Fitbit app updated to ensure you receive the quickest resolution and check this thread for more updates about this issue.
