I am incredibly fed up with fitbit; they just lost a long-time customer.
My sense has died on me for the 3rd time, and customer support cannot do anything about it. I purchased my Fitbit in 2021 and it has died 3 times since.
The best the customer support team could do was give me a 35% discount...no thanks.
I don't want to waste my money anymore

Were they able to help to help the first two times? Mine seems to be dead now, too (claiming it can't charge bc it's too hot after a downtime of 3 hours).

I have a similar problem with my wife’s Sense which is 15 months old. My Versa 3 charges just fine on the charger we use, so it’s not the charger. I thought I’d check and clean the Sense’s charging contacts, but found that the contacts don’t look like the ones on my Versa, which is the bottom watch back. (Attached pic). The contacts are supposed to be gold, or gold colored, but aren’t. I tried gently scratching them with the point of my pocket knife to get a good contact or remove any gunk that may have accumulated on them. This was unsuccessful. The watch charged fine up until 3 days ago, then stopped. I just wonder if the contacts are the problem. Anyone else have a similar problem?
