Why does my battery not hold a charge?

Hi @delphimo  - in some cases it is too many features that reduces the time between charges, in others it can be watch fault or error on the watch.

To start afresh restart the watch, charge it fully and see if it helps. If it gets hot while charging, stop immediately, the watch is damaged.

If it charges normally you can check things like Snore detection and SpO2 which combined can use upto 4 of the 6 days battery life. For others see How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life

Thank you for your assistance.  The Fitbit Sense is only 8 months old and Fitbit will not help nor offer suggestions.  I need the heart rate monitor as I have gone into AFib twice last year (2022).

@delphimo - yes turning off the other things of less importance will help the battery last longer, and keeping the features you want will give you the notifications you need. AFib detection does use the battery more.

请问充电发热损坏是电池还是屏幕，我的游泳进水了，之前还能显示。现在充电有类似细微的报警声，然后发热。请问我该如何处理能恢复。附近没有可以维修的地方
