I just purchased my Sense in June 2021 and now the screen is black. I’ve tried all the suggestions for fixing it and nothing works. This is so disappointing. I had a Charge 3 before this and had the same issue. Couldn’t get a refund because it was just outside a year old. I hoped I would have a better experience with the sense. Why does this keep happening and what are my options?? I’ve spent a lot of money on these devices and am completely frustrated. HELP!!!
