Sense broken screen and inaccurate heart rate

I'm sad to say but this is probably the last time I will be buying Fitbit. I got a Fitbit Sense for about 3 months ago and the screen broke after only 3 weeks. I've had a Fitbit Ionic before and I had it for almost 3 years and nothing ever happened to the screen and I dropped multiple times. I reached out to Fitbit to see what I could do to the problem but they only replied with a "our guarantee doesn't cover this" so now I have a broken watch, where I by the way can't repair anywhere, and I didn't even get a discount if I by surprise was going to by a new one.

And something I realised (which apparently a lot of people are having problems with) is the inaccuracy of the heart rate. This is important for me since I want to be able to track my workouts and see my progress but sometimes when I workout I am literally out of breath and the watch thinks I am resting? I have LOVED Fitbit before I am surprisingly disappointed. My advice would be not to purchase the Sense

Sorry to hear this, @emelieolin.  But, it is true that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, unless one bought the Extended Warranty.
