If you break the screen you cannot get it replaced. they will not refund your money. they wont replace the screen. they will tell you sorry about your luck - they will give you a coupon for 30% off a new one. why would someone purchase a watch that cant be fixed when it breaks. I owned this watch for only 2 weeks when i broke it and basically cant use it anymore. No refund. No choices for a replacement. Nothing. Just a broken screen and a coupon for a new one that will break and then another coupon for a new one....

Hi @FitbitUser503 if you purchased this with a credit card, check with the card company. Some of them offer a warranty or insurance on purchases and they can help you, so check with them. There is no warranty from Fitbit on accidental damage, as you may have already read.

Hi there, @FitbitUser503. @Odyssey13 Thanks for your help.
@FitbitUser503 I've moved your posts to the Sense board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the details provided and the time taken while contacting our team. While currently Fitbit doesn't have a physical store or place where you can take your watch for repair, I'm glad you've contacted with your card company and please keep an open communication with them.
I understand where you're coming from and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Our team constantly works to improve our devices and services, and the input we receive from our members is a big part of the process. Your feedback is truly appreciated and if you need more details about your case, you can always get in touch with our Support team one more time.

Sadly I have had the same experience, pretty disappointing to spend $300.00 on a smartwatch for the screen to break to easily and all fitbit does is give you a 35% off coupon which to me is not satisfactory. I have been buying Fitbit devices since 2015 and this is the type of customer service we can expect for being a loyal customer? very sad. I will be moving on from Fitbit and trying out Garmin in hopes they make a more durable device and have better customer service.
