This started happening to me also. I know I slept all night. Yet the Sense records that I slept 2 hours, then nothing, then 3 hours more.
I have tried cleaning the sensors, changing wrists, wearing looser and tighter, and rebooting the Sense. Nothing seems to work consistently. This all began in the last month.
Best AnswerI too have tried rebooting it, but it still happened once again. If it keeps happening, I'll try to get it replaced. Mine is quite new.
