Sense button activating... Is anything being done to address it?

I am a long time fitbit user and got the sense because it seemed like a lot of good upgrades from the versa 2.  I am very disappointed  the website shows SP02, skin temp and more.  I thought these features would be like every other thing fitbit collects and I would get to see the data.  All I get from all the new sensors is a single daily report about my temp from baseline?  I understand you want the revenue from premium, but don't sell a product that requires the premium to see anything.  The interface is a giant step backwards from the versa 2.  I used to be able to slide to alarms and click my alarm and be done.  Now I have to scroll all the way down and hit done.  What is the point of adding complexity?  I am very disappointed in this product.

This brings me to the button.  Did no one test this product out?  It thinks I pressed it many times a day and is so annoying.  I know lots of people are having issues and the slide it up my wrist doesn't work for me,  or turn it off.  Is there a plan to improve this some in software, or are we stuck with a button performance that is not acceptable?  If there are no plans to make this better I want to return it and go back to the versa 2.  I pray the button comes back!

Premium is not much better with the graphs, its also free for 6 months so you could try it.

Temperature baseline means nothing.

Do you wear the watch on your right arm?

@Moosetracks I hate that button but for the fact, I can't learn how to press it. It's just a nightmare. When I need to restart Sense (need to do it pretty much every time I want to sync it) and hold that button it just drives me crazy. It responds one in ten times for me. I never experienced accidental press but experienced a lack of response to intentional presses. Also, the feedback (vibration) is missing some kind of visual response on the screen like some glow on the side of the button which increases in size the longer you hold it pressed (this way you know that you still hold it, important when trying to reboot).

@t.parker  Try practicing this

Worn on the left arm -

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

Unless you have a faulty button, it works every time.

@Guy_ I tried, couldn't get it right, and gave up. It does work when it wants. I already decided to send it back anyway. Sense doesn't meet my requirements so no reason to keep it. I prefer to focus on things that actually work than struggle with what's not working 🙂 Life is short 🙂
