The button on the left hand side of my sense has gone! The device is non responsive, fit support tell me to hold the button for a reset but it is not there and they then cut me off. Not a week old yet, looks like a reconditioned unit been sold to me to replace recalled ionic.

Hi, @1963RJD , the Sense does not actually have a physical button, so it can’t have fallen off!
It does have a “haptic” button which should respond. To restart your Sense you need to press and hold the “button” (which isn’t really a button! - just an indent in the side) for 10 seconds (without letting go) . It will feel like a long time, but keep holding. After 10 seconds it should restart - assuming it is charged... if you are uncertain about the charge state, plug it in and give it a good charge for an hour or two and then try the restart procedure.
