I have an Android phone and have the FitBit app installed on it. for a while the Sense was paired, but over my dead body I can not get it to re-pair. I tried all the sugestions on this forum, none worked.

The pairing code pops up on the phone, I enter it into the App and that is where it just fails every time.

Please assist

Hi @jluyt123  - did you logout of the Fitbit App, clear the storage cache and force stop it, and restart both devices?

Reboot your phone and restart your watch. Turn on the Bluetooth only on your phone and open the Fitbit app. Tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device > Sense > Replace Device. Follow the onscreen instructions and if prompted, accept to pair your watch with your phone.

Same problem here, with an Inspire2. A few weeks ago there was a (rare) update of its software. After the update, connecting via Bluetooth was extremely slow, so I decided to disconnect it from the app. Now I can no longer pair it. Have tried everything, resetting device, resetting Bluetooth, reinstalling app, to no avail. Have tried on 2 different phones, 2 different versions of Android, makes no difference. Both phones recognise the Inspire2, but stop seeing it as soon as the app starts looking for it. (áfter entering the 4 digit code). On closing the app, Bluetooth sees the device again! Also tried each phone on a completely different Wifi connection, different location. No luck there either. App update today unfortunately didn't fix it.
