Hay I've received my Fitbit sence today 🙂
But the bad bits my phone not snycing with watch. Can't receive notifications on watch just keep saying restart phone ( which done lots of times ) and can't add the pay ...keeps saying bank not accepted. So all in all not a good start !!!! Help !

I had the notification issue with my versa on my P30. I found changing the setting in my phone in 'battery' and then manage how apps launch, changed fitbit to manage manually and its been fine since and my new sense is working great with the p30.

@Wakefield53, I'm glad that you got your Sense and thanks for sharing the issues that you've had with it. Does the message to restart your phone appear when trying to sync? Have you made sure to have the Fitbit app updated? Please give a try to the suggestion posted above and check this help article for more troubleshooting steps to get your watch syncing correctly. Once that is done, you can go ahead and set up your notifications and the Fitbit Pay. I'll look forward to your response.

Hello,
I have the same issue. got my sense 2 weeks ago and it syncs for 1 day and then I have to reinstall because it stops working. it's very annoying and I don't want to keep the watch if it continues... I would not recommend the watch anymore. either you fix it with some kind of update or you take it back. a watch in that price segment should just work...

I have a p30 as well and sometimes it doesn't always sync. I have to re-start my phone and then sync with the app,and that works. Hope this helps.

Hi, I want to get a either a working new sense or to be refunded... the syncing issue makes the watch unusable for me.. could you please give an advice how to send the watch back??

@mitchibiena, about your other inquiry, we provide refunds to any order purchased from our Fitbit store that is within 45 days as described here. If you got your watch from our store, please let me know so I can get you in touch with our Support team.
@xnonsense, while your Sense isn't able to receive notifications, may I know if it's able to sync correctly? If that's correct, I'd suggest to try the troubleshooting tips from this help article.

Hi all, I have a question for those unfortunate buyers who are experiencing synchronisation issues with their Fitbit and Huawei P30 phone:
Did you encounter the connecting/syncing issues from the very first day onwards or did these only appear after a while? If you could confirm you had it from the start, I’m considering a purchase since I’d be able to determine whether it will work for me within the 45day free return period.

I understand your concern and to make sure every feature will work flawlessly I'd recommend to verify the requirements described for each feature in either our help site or the User Manual.
