Just got the sense today. Very easy to setup, connected immediately to my WiFi only took a few minutes to get everything setup. No I get a message every time I sync that it cannot sync. It is keeping track of the steps, exercise etc. but it will not update the time so it is 5 min slow. So I have a smart watch that will not keep time. Also it cannot find my wifi, how does it connect right out of the box but cannot find it now.
Time to send it back and get a refund.

Hi @Kaw13 the first thing the watch did after setting up was a sync. We know that it can sync.
How long ago does the app say that the last sync was?
Since you are asking about an issue with your phone, it will be helpful to include the phone model.
Does the message say that it can not sync, or that the tracker can not be found?
Maybe it says something about no Internet.
In any case Please try these tips.
