Updated the firmware few days ago over the weekend, and charged the Sense yesterday. However it powered off and not able to turn it back on. Clear the cable and watch contact points to charge again, also tried pressed the left button for 10 secs, but still fail to power Sense up.

Same issue for me. Sometime around 24 to 36 hours after firmware update, my sense just turned off/went blank with ample remaining charge, Unable to charge and/or perform restart. The entire watch is dead.

Hi, there seem to be numerous cases after the update of the watch not coming on but as the cleaning and a cable fault can often be the cause do check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen for cleaning details and cable checking.

this happened to my Sense as well… it went black and I couldn’t get it back in. I did a reset which I didn’t know would ERASE all my historical data😡… so now it’s back on, with no history… AND now it won’t stay charged… time for an Apple Watch maybe! Love the Sense watch but I am very Dissatisfied with how it is suddenly not working.

I'm going to have to say the same. Did the update last night before bed (and on the charger). As of this morning I have been unable to turn my Sense on. I have tried two different charging cables in a few different outlets. I've cleaned the back of the Sense, and there is no change. Even tried holding the button in to force a reset and nope. My Sense does not love me right now. I've had this since Nov of '21,
Really, really annoyed right now.

I did the update within the past few days and my sense just completely glitches when I hit the buttons with lines running across the face then dead. Had it a little over a year and it wasn't cheap. This is disappointing 😞

Same just happened to me. One minute it's working, the next minute it's dead with ample charge. Won't charge, won't turn on - nothing! Has Fitbit support responded to anyone about this?

Hi all, if it got wet don't charge it, it may have got water in it, dry for a few days in rice and then try charging, if it gets hot stop immediately.
If you just did a firmware upgrade, or it just crashed, try restarting by holding the button for 10 seconds.
Also check it's properly clean and charge cable ok with following instructions How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If it still won't work contact support in above instructions and if found faulty and still under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, the quickest way to resolve it is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement.

According to Fitbit, you can press and hold down the solid state button on your Sense for 10 seconds if it's frozen. At first, it will look like nothing is happening, but keep holding the button down. After 10 seconds, the Fitbit logo will display, and your watch will restart.
Hope this helps
