one of the pins isnt working, instead of trying to see if its still covered or whatnot, I just ordered another one on thurs and paid for overnight delivery.. order by 11p receive next day....guess what? still not here and now FEDEX  tells Tues afternoon....yes they refunded the overnight chrg but still, why say you can have it if you cant back it up?

That's an issue with Fedex that has nothing to do with Fitbit.
