Sense charger is faulty

  • My Sense charger is faulty after less than a year and I was told that they will replace for free, but do not have any in stock to ship.  Yet I can buy one at Target and they’re also shipping new Senses with chargers.  Anyone else had this issue?

Hi @jeyler - it's true there is a short supply of charger cables at Fitbit till September 19th but you can get them cheaply elsewhere if necessary.
