Sense charger not connecting

My Sense charger doesn’t work properly.   I have to try many times to reconnect the “magnet” before it charges

Hi, @DeniAW, welcome to the community, this occasionally happens to me. The solution is to wash your "Sense" with warm soapy water, pay particular attention to the 4 little contact "pits" in the back of your "Sense" (I use cotton buds which I rotate in the pits)  Make sure your "Sense" is dry before attempting to charge. The charging cable coupling can be a little finicky, I wiggle the 4 springloaded pins gently with my finger to ensure they are free and able to complete the contact. @Gr4ndp4  - for info, it is advised not to allow contact with detergents Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?

It is true the pits are prone to collecting debris and how to clean, as mentioned in the link How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I had the same problem and ultimately i bought a new charging cable. with Fitbit, from 4-5 years but seems like that it is time to change brand now. quality is really deteriorating.
