Hi, @DeniAW, welcome to the community, this occasionally happens to me. The solution is to wash your "Sense" with warm soapy water, pay particular attention to the 4 little contact "pits" in the back of your "Sense" (I use cotton buds which I rotate in the pits) Make sure your "Sense" is dry before attempting to charge. The charging cable coupling can be a little finicky, I wiggle the 4 springloaded pins gently with my finger to ensure they are free and able to complete the contact. I had the same problem and ultimately i bought a new charging cable. with Fitbit, from 4-5 years but seems like that it is time to change brand now. quality is really deteriorating.
