Hi Fitbit team, I recently noticed that my sense was not charging properly and the culprit was the charger where one of the pins has not retracted. I tried many things for it come back out but its not. I’m currently residing in India, there is no official service centre of Fitbit here, just online authorised stores and even in those stores they are just selling watches and bands nothing else. I came across Fitbit original sense charger in amazon India that too they are selling for almost 70$. 70 bucks for a charger. Really!!!. I hope you understand my frustration. Kindly resolve my issue as this will make my device useless

Hi @AbhiVarma - this is quite a common problem with the charge cable and if the watch is under warranty contact Fitbit via the app, click device photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support and ask they send a replacement cable.
Also look elsewhere online you can get them for as little as $3.
