I have had my Fitbit sense for almost 1 year now and I have been using a wall socket to charge it. A few weeks ago I could not get my watch to charge anymore so I contacted Fitbit and they replaced it. However when I tried to charge it, it won’t charge Fortunately I have two leads one belonging to my wife and one belonging to myself so I tried using the other lead and this also failed. I then contact one of my relatives who also has a Fitbit and she managed to charge it using her lead and suggested that I changed the socket from the Apple socket to a more conventional socket , so I bought a brand-new one and it’s also failed to charge the Fitbit. I tried plugging it into the USB in my car and this appeared to work and started charging the Fitbit. How do I go back to being able to charge my Fitbit from my mains socket at home?

Hi @EdwardDoc @Crob50 - very often the cleaning and the charge cable is the prime cause.
Any working power supply should work although there may be problems of slow charging.
See guide in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
New charge cables can be supplied under warranty or bought online quite cheaply. Much easier to get a new cable than replace the watch because it only needs proper cleaning.

Best AnswerHi, thanks for your reply, I experience problems charging it even before I had worn it it’s a brand-new replacement from the manufacturer.
I have two cables, both relatively new and neither will work

@EdwardDoc - if holding the button for at least 10 seconds doesn't work and charging for 2 hours connected to a PC using both cables doesn't work it could be faulty.
Often replacements are someone else's cast offs and not new but if you have the same charging problem as the original watch it's most like the cable or how you attach it. Never plug it in before adding the watch and always remove the plug before removing the watch.
You can get it replaced again or you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support and get them to send you a cable.

Hi @QPFit - that's a common problem, see guide here How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Best AnswerThanks for your input everyone, this matter can now be closed.
it was the charging cable, I couldn’t believe that the cables I had that were both working fine failed simultaneously.
fitbit kindly sent me a new cable under warranty (watch is less than 12 months old) and it charges fine now.
