Is it just me or are the chargers for the Fitbit Sense faulty?! I have owned my Sense since Christmas Day 2021, in which within the last month my original chargers has stopped working. I bought a 2-pack of chargers off of Amazon, and as of this morning (2 days after my birthday) the replacement chargers no longer work as well! Yet again, I am going to have to buy chargers off of Amazon to be able to charge my Sense! Maybe it’s just me, though it would be greatly appreciated if Fitbit could manufacture good working chargers period!

Best AnswerI have included a picture of how my 3 chargers :electric_plug: look like! After having owned my Sense Christmas Day 2021, the chargers should be working just fine. However, since this is the second time this has happened to me within the last month now, once again I am having to turn to buying even more chargers from Amazon…
Hi @BlueKid425 get with support via phone or chat. The charger is under warranty if you purchased form an authorized retailer.

They definitely have a connection issue which, for me, can be fixed easily. The top pic is when the connection is poor, says Slow charging, and the meter says 0.075A and 0.378W.
The bottom is when I wipe the 4 prongs on the charger (clean way with an alcohol wipe, dirty way with a finger and saliva) and you can see the improved amps and watts. At that time I went from 18% to 60% I'm about 20 minutes.
This charger is the original received with my Sense which was ordered on August 2020.
Do it before the end of the 1 yr. Warranty for the US. If not, support just says "buy a new cable"
This just happened to me. Support doesn't stand behind their products. Low quality chargers for sense.
My charger has a pin all the way in and won't charge my device. Contacted support and all they did was give me a link so I can buy myself another charger. Fitbit is aware that the chargers are faulty and that lots of people have trouble with them.
Yes, keep on getting used to buying yourself chargers. Fitbit won't replace them for free if you are out of warranty.... eventhough it is a common problem and they are aware of it.
1 yr in the US and 2 yrs if bought in Europe. If you are out of warranty, they won't replace it eventhough it is a common problem. I've owned it for 16 months so..... dead fitbit for me.
Best AnswerThe chargers are defective. Look at the four prongs .. if it’s not working chances are one of the prongs is not “raised” … I’ve had my sense for about 3 months and I’m on my second charger.
