The Sense charging band is a very poor product. Ordering my third charger at $25.00 apiece - This will be the last of my Fitbit product - poor quality standards - no excuse for this.

Hi @BobFlorida where did you purchase your charger? When purchased from Fitbit or an authorized retailer, your charger has a 12 month warranty. Might be worth checking into.

I purchased the charger cable for the Sense through Fitbit - you have a serious quality issue and over charge on the replacements. Not a company that we want to do future business with. No excuse

With so many people complaining about faulty/poor quality chargers, both mine and my wife’s charges have the same fault of 1 of the 4 pins sticking in the charger of our sense (VERY common complaint on this forum) WHY aren’t Fitbit addressing the issue ? As the charger is clearly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, very angry and disappointed in the Fitbit brand, obviously don’t care about it’s customers or thier feedback

I'm now on my second replacement charger for the Sense. First one covered under the warranty after having spent a lot of time troubleshooting with support. This time I knew what the problem was right out the gate but was hit wit the replacement charge. If it happens again I'll likely throw the Fitbit in the garbage. This really should be something they would have a handle on by now.

I've purchased a sixth, seventh, and eighth replacement charger cable, now having five failed cables. It's always the same pin, even if you buy third-party charger cables.

Mine broke too.. I picked up a generic one at Walmart for less and it seems better quality.

I have had to replace my charger every couple of months; the pin fails in the same location every time. When I contacted support about it the first time, they advised me that since I purchased my device from a third party vendor, they couldn't help me. I tried several different brands and they all have the same flaw. I've started researching other fitness watches and will ditch my Sense as soon as my current charger fails, which shouldn't be too long. I bought it around April and it's starting to get fussy about charging already. I am so completely done with "renting" my charging cable. In the long run, it will be cheaper to buy a different tracker than to keep pouring money into chargers that are designed to fail. By now, Fitbit HAS to know don't work but they have not bothered to fix the problem.
