This is the third time I have lost my breast cancer awareness clock face and had some random face installed. Anyone else have the clock face randomly replaced after a few months?
The face that gets removed is not in my recent clock faces either so I can't just swap back to it I have to search for it and reinstall it.
Is there some button press combo that I am hitting in my sleep or something? I have not been in the fitbit app for a couple days when it happened this time.
Its just frustrating.
Thanks

Hi @jhtitan - just in case swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and turn off the Always On icon. It may be giving you the builtin face.
You can also tap the display twice and swipe left to get to the Clocks app and you may find your clock face there.

always on was turned off when I received the watch. the one I had installed is not on the list of the last 5 on my watch or in the fitbit app. Its weird and I would love to figure out how it keeps happening.
Thanks for the reply.

@jhtitan - thanks, if you have 5 clocks installed in the Fitbit App, remove one.
If you review other clock faces what can happen is installing a clock can delete one, (the active one). As long as you have a spare slot this won't happen. See if that helps.
Also you would know if you factory reset the watch but that could also remove faces.
You can post images in the forum which might help locate the cause better.
