I’ve had my new Sense for a couple of weeks now, and so far it has been one issue after another.
Right now it is “losing” time almost every day or every other day. With my Charge 2, it kept time just fine even if I didn’t sync it every day. There were even times where I wouldn’t sync for several days and the time was still correct. With my Sense, I noticed that the time would match my phone and computer after a sync, but then several hours later it would be 1-5 minutes behind. I’d sync, it would match, then it would lose more time after a while.
I’ve already unpaired it and also done a soft reset due to it not counting steps - that seemed to have helped that issue but not the time issue. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello @CemeteryChick. Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I'd recommend making sure that the time zone setting in the Fitbit App is correct:
For more information, I recommend visiting this help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

If your watch consistently loses time [minutes] when not synced it is most likely faulty and get it replaced where you bought it.
Note: There is no obligation to sync your watch and it should keep good time when not synced - its a watch primarily.

Hi @Guy_. Nice to see you around and thanks for your input.
Sometimes turning off the "Set Automatically" option in the Fitbit App could help, but I agree with you that the Fitbit Sense should keep the time even when it is not syncing.
See you around.
