Hi everyone!
Recently my Sense is regularly losing the Bluetooth pairing with my iPhone (when I open the Fitbit app and try to sync I get the message “lost Bluetooth pairing”, advising me to forget the device and pair again.
This is happening several times a day, and my Sense constantly trying to connect is causing its battery life to tank (58% when I went to sleep, woke up to 12%).
I’ve tried removing the whole device from my account and setting up as new, but this hasn’t resolved it. Any suggestions?
Are there any other devices in the vicinity that are open and running Bluetooth with the Fitbit App? If so try turning off the device. There may be a conflict.
i.e. iPad with Fitbit app opens and running.
Best AnswerI have similar issues. Quite often it and my LG phone get disconnected. Or interestingly, it will say I'm disconnected, then when I shut down blutooth on the phone, I'll get another message saying I've lost connection, thereby indicating that it was connected to some extent when it said it wasn't. And on top of that, Spotify control is extremely unreliable. I spend the better part of 20 minutes just trying to get this watch to connect with my phone.
Between this and the charging issues, I think this will be the last product I buy from Fitbit. With this much wrong on their flagship product, I can't imagine what issues the cheaper lines give their customers.
I have iPhone 11 connected with my Fitbit only
