Sense controls doesn’t connect to phone. Keeps saying to turn on sense controls when I try to connect it to Bluetooth

  • Open your phones Bluetooth 
  • Remove sense controls if they are paired. 
  • On the sense under settings - Vibration and audio. 
  • Turn on Sense controls. If already on, turn off then on. 
  • Go to phone's Bluetooth 
  • Look under available devices
  • Tap sense controls
  • Confirm pin

Did you toggle Bluetooth off/on?

What are you trying to do exactly that is causing this problem?
