I'm jumping ship and going to a different brand/product. I was so excited for the Sense and the reviews were pretty positive but enough is enough. Fitbit clearly failed on this one. Everyone seems to have blue tooth issues with the Sense Controls. They only work for me if I have nothing else connected to my blue tooth. Doesn't work very well considering we're all driving now "hands free". My car, my ear buds, my garage door openers.... Should I give all those things up to have my watch work? What a shame. Fitbit, you should have done better.

S8 I have no issues with sense controls, on both devices they show as paired. Plus no problems responding to text with voice.

Hello @Kdt160 Welcome to the Community Forums! @Rich_Laue It's great to see you here in the Forums and thanks for your great input!
I'm very sorry for the experience you've had. Note that Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. But take into consideration that if you have many devices connected to your phone or other Bluetooth devices around, there could be interference and prevent the Sense controls to working accordingly.
In the meantime, you may try to remove Sense controls from Bluetooth on your phone and then set them up again doing the following:
- On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth. Your phone scans for available devices.
- When you see Sense Controls or Versa 3 Controls as an available device, tap it. A number appears on your phone screen.
- When the same number appears on your watch, tap Pair.
- Return to the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Done to complete setup.
Keep me posted.
