Sense cracked screen

There needs to be a way to have a cracked screen on Fitbit sense repaired. I’ve owned one for three months and now have a  damage screen I can’t even get replaced I wouldn’t mind having it fixed but the representative I talked to said there is no one or anywhere you can take this product to have the damaged glass replaced. Very poor service..

Hi @Unhappy21  see if your credit card company or PayPal offers any product protection. Some cards do and it might be worth it to check with them. As for repairs, maybe a local watch repair place could help you. It might not be water resistant once replaced though, but you could ask them.
