Sense crash after EDA scan

Every time I try to do the EDA quick scan, the watch just shuts off and crashes. Anything that can be done to amend this?

Have you tried a soft reboot of the watch hold side down for 15- 30 seconds until logo shows up and watch restarts then retry the EDA scanner if that doesn't work go into your app and delete EDA then do another soft restart of the watch  then re download the EDA app and try the EDA. I hope some of this info helps you out.
