Whenever I swipe down my Sense restarts, it's also stopped receiving notifications.

@Mickh101 I'm glad to hear you managed to solve the issue with the screen. 🙂

As for the notifications, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

In addition to the steps you both have done so far, please make sure you did follow the ones provided in these help articles:

*iPhone users—see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones
*Android users—see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

If you're getting an error message in the Fitbit app about the notifications not working, may I know what the message says?

Hi there, @Mickh101. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Sense. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the issue persists, may I know if the watch is crashing only when swiping down? Have you tried another setting to see if the same also happens?

As for the notifications not coming through, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I did a total reset and it fixed the swipe down problem, still no
notifications though. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting ideas
and still nothing. The strange thing is that it was working fine and then
suddenly stopped.
