I just bought a Fitbit Sense because my Versa 2 went bad. I spent over $300 with taxes for this watch. All my data from the Versa 2 transfered over. I went to bed last night with the watch on and my Sleep data was minimal information. No sleep rating as with my Versa 2. Note said to get this, I have to pay monthly for the premium. Seriously? You buy a watch with these items in your watch to manage your health and they want a monthly charge to give you data that was origimally included with my previous watch. Very disappointed. If I am wrong about this please let me know. Thank you.

Hi @KatOwens first thing that you want to do, is open the Fitbit app.
Tap on last night's sleep record.
You should see a message under the simple sleep, explaining why you are seeing simple sleep.
This has nothing to do with your premium account.
