For the past week, my SpO2 worked perfectly, but last night it did not give me a reading on my clock face nor the Health Metrics. However, I saw the readings on the Estimated Oxygen Variation (the chart) so I know it was recording my oxygen the entire night. I have no idea why it didn’t record elsewhere or gave me my average reading on my clock face.

Hi @MinkyDog. Welcome! It's good to see a new face around.
Thanks for sharing that your SpO2 wasn't displayed on your Sense. There are some factors that may affect this reading, such as not using the SpO2 Signature clock face, not syncing after waking up or getting less than 3 hours of sleep. If they don't apply to you, please give a try to the following steps:
I'll be around, keep me posted.

Hi @David_J. It's good to see you here in the forums.
Thanks for stopping by to share your feedback about the SpO2. There are some conditions that have to be met in order to get the SpO2 data on the Sense. If by any chance you're also having issues with this features despite of trying the steps suggested above, please let me know so I can help you out with that.
Keep me posted.

I have been doing everything it says to do, but it's been hit and miss with the SpO2. I'm regretting putting the money out for this device. I really needed something to help keep track of my levels while I sleep and this so far has been a big let-down.

Actually my SPO2 reading from the Sense matches the SPO2 reading I got from Samsung which matches the SPO2 reading I get from a fingertip style device... Within 1% I'd say at least. ut your mileage may vary I supposed.

don't switch away from the spo2 clock face for an hour after you get up .. let it sync and wait until you see the reading .. see if that helps. Also is the watch snug enough on your wrist at night? And, the other conditions (sleep long enough, etc). I am wondering whether the oxygen variation is a different sensor since I had that on my charge 3 yet the o2 % was not available (or an accuracy or processor etc dependency) - not sure if it's safe to assume that if oxygen variation is reported that the other data were captured.

Hi @Lilcoop1966, welcome on board. @wookietim and @DaveS3, I'm glad to see you here.
@Lilcoop1966, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how important this feature is for you and I'm sorry that you're having this experience. Because your post didn't mention, please check the information shared in my post and give a try to the suggestions shared in this thread. Keep me posted with the outcome.
@wookietim, thanks for the insight. I'm glad you're getting accurate readings and keep enjoying the experience with the Sense!
@DaveS3, I appreciate your suggestions and I'm sure your post will help other members experiencing issues with the SpO2 Signature clock face. About your question, the EOV and the SpO2 will use the same sensors but will provide you with different data. The EOV will show you how much your blood oxygen saturation levels varied overnight and the SpO2 will estimate your average blood oxygen saturation levels while you sleep.
See you around.

I haven't had mine since I got the sense. I thought it was maybe it was too tight on my wrist so I slackened the strap and still nothing. I always change my clock face before going to bed at night. I checked mine in the Health metrics part of the app and on the clock face but nothing at all. I might try some of the suggestions in this post to see if that work and report back if it works or not.
Just a quick up-date on my reply. I wore my sense further up on my wrist while sleeping and left it to analize this mornig before changing clock faces. I checked the app and I can see the Sp02 reading in the app.
Thank you all for the advice on this.

I have had the same issue. First night fine then nothing second.

One thing I kinda wish - could the SPO2 clock face not drain the battery as much? Basically have it's SPO2 reading only work while asleep. I ask because (I may be in the minority here) I actually really like that clock face. The numbers are nice and big and when I switch to the step count and such it's easier to read than the other faces. But as is I can't leave it as the face or it drains the battery really quick...

This SPO2 launch is ridiculous.
After all this time, I’ve had about 3 read outs .
I have communicated with these folks over and over.
Nothing they suggest works on my Versa 2.
They're launches are half baked, at best.
Gotta be more reliable brands out there.

I have had problems, but properly 70% reliable.
for the cost of the watch I’m not too impressed.

It's happening to me. For 2 days in a row. I'm thinking about the constant restart of the device. Maybe it stops the "3 hours of min sleep" to get data. I change the watchface to spo2 every night...

I've only has this missing SPO2 score issue twice since I received my Sense on launch day. Otherwise it has been reliable. I never change the clock face, and leave it on 24/7.... so maybe that is an issue?

Agreed - jumping through hoops to use a feature - might as well drop the feature - or make it work. Seems to work great on my wifes Apple watch - push a button and boom - there it is.

Just received my new Sense ydy and after several hours of reinstalling, reconfig, etc. etc. 'no go' on the Sp02. Followed ALL the advice LizzyFitbit offered and everything else I could find. To make matters worse fitbit.com is now blocking my Comcast issued Public IP address so I can't access my account except through a VPN. Had to set up a Twitter account (I don't tweet) to simply contact support who recommended I wait 48 hours and see if I can log in to my account. Meanwhile, Heart rate is being recorded, so I assume I'm still alive. I bought this unit explicitly for the ECG (which seems to work) and Sp02. This entire configuration and 'support' encounter genuinely qualifies as one of the worst user experiences I've ever encountered. I'll invest one more hour into this and if it doesn't work, I'm sending it back and will go ahead and spend the $$$ and transition my ecosystem over to Samsung or Apple because I genuinely need/want the ECG and Sp02 features (per Cardiologist recommendation).

I have tried those things. It will sometimes show the O2 on the watch face. Not now though, even after restarting it. It won't track any of my sleep analytics, which is why I bought it. Is there any other help? Or do I just return it?

Despite following all advice and trying a few of spo2 clock faces,no result seen. However there's a chart of variations in spo2,sleep time on record from day1 of use. I am in 44.128.5.38,I am using it last 5 days .
Thanks in advance
