I have a Galaxy A7. As happened to many other users, Sense disconnect very often. And the only way to recover is to unpair and pair. In addition, in many instances this could be done only after rebooting the sense (otherwise it never reaches the point in which a pin number is provided).
I still cannot use the temp tile as it crashes the app (again, as many other users. No feedback was provided.)
I really would like Fibit to debug and fix issues and not suggesting the pairing again is a solution, as it is not. This is a bug.
I look forward for your feedback.

Your phone is not on the compatible phone list. which may be an issue.
Have a look at the Sync setup and troubleshooting instructions.
It may be that either Bluetooth or the Fitbit app are being optimized to save power [by the phone's OS] which is causing the intermittent disconnection.

Best AnswerI see that the A6 and A8 are in the list. So I am not sure what should be special in the A7.
However, how should I tell android to optimise the Fibit app?

Try this or something similar on your phone, each phone is different and may take a bit of searching [the 3 dots are vertical]
On the phone check battery optimizations [the options may be different in your version]

Hope it helps
