Skin Temp not working/sleep data not recorded

The skin temp feature wont record data because it says "Update Fitbit device to latest firmware & wear it to sleep." I checked for updates (none) and I wear it to sleep. I just bought the watch 3 days ago and I am not sure whats going on. 

It also isn't transmitting or recording my sleep data, I followed all the trouble shooting steps on another community thread and nothing has worked.

Check the firmware you have on the watch

Swipe left

Click settings

Scroll to near the bottom

Click About Sense

Click System info

Should be 44.128.4.17

 

If you aren't on that level probably best to contact Fitbit Support  directly so they can force the update.

 

Make sure you have a good connection and that at least steps are syncing in the Fitbit app

I myself have that version, but since Wednesday this week my sleep recording has been way off.  It was fine prior to that but starting wednesday its been only picking like an hour or two of what I'm actually sleeping and then it just appears that I was awake all the other time which I know I'm not.  A little annoying, not sure why it just started doing that.

Hiya, all my settings correct but app closes if i tap the temp tile, i have uninstalled and reinstalled app but not working, any ideas?
