Sense doesn't charge on regular outlets

I paid a lot of money for this Fitbit Sense this year and the pronlems don't go away.

I cannot charge my phone on a regular outlet. It simply does not charge.

I have to use computer. Even then, it has issues as if stops and goes, and the "slow charging" message still appears.

I am forced to carry my computer on every trip to the cottage or hotel, which is absurd.

The cord is also extremely short, making charging the watch even harder.

Fitbit shoukd send us longer cords with a proper charger that can be charged on any outlet.

Hi @Manakahu  using a laptop to charge? It should be plugged in to power before trying to charge your Fitbit. Often the battery operated laptop just doesn't have sufficient power to charge anything. You posted in another thread (four minutes after posting this) that you're returning the Sense. You might want to get with customer support about the charging before returning the device.

my fitbit sense started doing the same thing this week. it does not matter which outlet in my home I use, I have even swapped out the power brick, the sense says it needs a different outlet to charge…. wth my home is fairly new. these outlets work fine for my tv, computer & tablet. My sense is only 6 months old.  I wish I would have seen your post earlier. the sense sucks.

There are two important aspects to charging, the 4 charge holes on the back on watch must be absolutely clean and the charge cable must working properly, often it is or becomes faulty.
