sense is due for an update but I am not able to. I’m not sure why, I have tried connecting to wi-fi and Bluetooth. I even bought a new charger and it still won’t update.

Hi @Leele77 - what update are you trying to do and in what way is it not working?
If your watch is working fine then it is not necessary to the update because something that is working might become a problem.
There is an old adage, if it's not broken don't fix it.
