Sense doesn't track sleep properly

Why is it that more than 50% of the time my Sense doesn't track my sleep properly.  This ruins all of my other stats like resting HR etc,.. anyone has a solution for this?

Sensors are always clean, I always wear it at the same wrist, it's not too tight and not to loose,... Some nights it works but most of the time it doesn't track anything.

Hi @Zwyvel. It's nice to see you around the Community.

Thanks for every step tried prior to posting, as well for the screenshot provided. I'm sorry about your Sense not tracking your sleep correctly and let's work on this together. Just to confirm, is the issue with the sleep stages and scores missing on some days? Please note that you need to sleep for more than 3 hours so your watch can calculate your sleep stages based on your heart rate data and sleep times, and then generate your sleep score.

There are some factors that may prevent you from receiving detailed sleep data such as sleeping in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading, wore it too loosely, or using the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app.

That being said, I'd recommend restarting your Charge 4 to refresh its performance and wear it higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone) to sleep. Once you're awake, sync with the Fitbit app to check your details.

Hope this helps.
