Spo2 not showing in app

Since the last 3 days my spo2 wont show in the app, I'll keep on syncing but without any success. It's showing up on the watch itself.

This is most likely a glitch in the App.

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

 

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

 

Or for IOS uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, and redo all notification setup.

 

Also good to restart the phone. It should clear it. Note that it does take some time for the calculated results to appear in the App.
