I have sense too and never satisfied with it’s sleep tracking. I really like Fitbit’s approach towards fitness but this one aspect is really annoying. I hope Fitbit will test my unit whether it has some hardware issue. I wear it properly, followed every instruction & went through troubleshooting steps. Please Fitbit help me regarding my issue. Thanks

What are the issues you are having?
Sometimes when you sync in the morning to see your sleep score and it either says Analysing sleep or maybe no sleep score sync it again this works for me
Also and I'm sure you've already heard this Sense cant analysis sleep if you've slept less than I think its 2hrs 30 mins or if you were very restless
