Sense doesn't turn on

The watch doesn't work, just flashing the Fitbit logo, I don't change anything when synchronizing with the phone, thanks for the answer, what else can I do ,,?

Have you tried charging your watch with the instructions of help article:Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Hi I have the same issue, my sense 2 yestarday turn off and when I get home I try charging for about two hour but didnt turn off, I try in another 110V connection but the issue remains I check the charging port for dust or any other stuff but the issue remains. Right now my sense 2 is completely off

Could you please confirm that you've already tried restarting your watch with the steps of help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I already try restart my Fitbit but the issue remains.
